CANCELLATION POLICY
GRACE PERIOD
Payment of 50% is due before the date can be reserved. Full payment is due 7 days before the service date.
FLEXIBLE
In addition to any other remedy available at law or equity, the Parties may cancel the Agreement if the other Party fails to comply with each term and condition of the Agreement. In the event the service user either (a) breaches any term of the Agreement or (b) cancels, the deposit is non-refundable and shall be forfeited as liquidated damages.
